The house is available to let from 6pm Saturday to 12noon on the following Saturday.
No Pets (see www.houseonthepoint.co.uk for a pet friendly alternative)
Short breaks either mid-week (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs) or week-end (Fri, Sat, Sun) may be available.
There are no additional charges for electric, linen or towels.
Free Wifi
A non-returnable deposit of £200 is required to secure the booking.

Terms and conditions
The balance of the rent, must be paid at least one month before commencement of the booking. In the event of default we may book the property to another party.
In the event of a cancellation or default in payment, the following charges apply.
After booking; forfeiture of the deposit. Within 12 weeks of commencement of booking, 50% of rent. Within 6 weeks, 80% of rent. If cancellation is advised to us we will endeavour to book the property to another party and if successful only the deposit is forfeit.
If we are unable to offer you your requested date the deposit will be refunded.
The accommodation is strictly for holiday use and no rights of tenure accrue when booked. The accommodation must not be sublet.
Only those persons listed on the booking form may use the accommodation. Any changes must be agreed with us.
Any breakages, loss or damage to the property, it's fixtures or contents, caused by the tenants must be paid for by the person in whose name the booking is made. However we are not unreasonable and the main reason for reporting breakages etc. is so that replacements can be made before future visitors are inconvenienced.
A Refundable Security Deposit may be requested, We reserve the right to terminate a booking at any time in the event of a gross breach of these conditions by you or a member of your party.
The accommodation will be in a clean and tidy condition for your arrival. Tenants are requested to leave the accommodation clean and tidy upon departure so that future visitors can enjoy their stay. Only a limited amount of cleaning time is available between lets. Any substantial cleaning having to be done will be chargeable to the outgoing tenants.
We are sorry but no pets are allowed in the property.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking.
Should we be prevented, by circumstances beyond our control, from making the accommodation available we will refund all monies paid by you, but no further liability will be accepted.
We do not accept any liability for the loss of, or damage to, personal effects, baggage, motor cars or any items belonging to the hirer or any member of the hirer's party unless resulting from our negligence.
